هذه السياسة توضّح كيف يتعامل تطبيق مترجم بلاس مع بياناتك. باختصار: لا نطلب حساباً، ولا نجمع بيانات شخصية، ولا نتتبّعك، ولا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف.
النص الذي تكتبه — يُرسل إلى خدمة الترجمة من Google Cloud لإرجاع الترجمة، ثم لا يُحفظ على خدماتنا.
الصوت الذي تسجّله — يُرسل إلى خدمة تحويل الكلام إلى نص من Google Cloud لتحويله إلى نص يُترجم. لا يُحفظ التسجيل ولا يُخزَّن على خدماتنا.
الصورة التي تختارها أو تلتقطها — تُرسل إلى خدمة قراءة النصوص من Google Cloud لاستخراج الكتابة الظاهرة فيها وترجمتها. لا تُحفظ الصورة ولا تُخزَّن على خدماتنا.
الكاميرا الحيّة — حين تفتح الكاميرا وتضغط الترجمة، تُلتقط لقطة واحدة من المعاينة وتُرسل لقراءة النص فيها. لا يُسجَّل فيديو، ولا تُرسل أي لقطة إلا عند طلبك أو أثناء تشغيلك المسح التلقائي.
الترجمة بالذكاء الاصطناعي — النص الذي تريد ترجمته يُرسل إلى خدمة Anthropic (Claude) لإنتاج ترجمة تفهم السياق واللهجة. لا يُحفظ النص على خدماتنا، ولا يُستخدم لتدريب النماذج.
هذه المعالجة لحظية وللغرض المطلوب فقط — لا تُربط بهويتك، ولا تُستخدم للإعلانات، ولا لتدريب أي نظام.
كل ذلك محفوظ داخل جهازك فقط. لا نراه، ولا يُرسل لأي مكان. حذف التطبيق يحذفه معه.
يمكنك سحب أي إذن في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك، ويبقى باقي التطبيق يعمل.
نستخدم خدمات Google Cloud (الترجمة، تحويل الكلام إلى نص، قراءة النصوص من الصور) وخدمة Anthropic (الترجمة بالذكاء الاصطناعي وشرحها)، عبر خدمات وسيطة على Supabase. تخضع معالجة هذه البيانات لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهم.
بعض الميزات قد تتطلّب اشتراكاً مدفوعاً. عملية الشراء والتجديد والإلغاء تتم بالكامل عبر App Store — لا نرى بيانات الدفع ولا نستلمها، وأبل هي من تديرها. حالة اشتراكك تُحفظ على جهازك فقط.
التطبيق لا يوجّه محتواه للأطفال دون ١٣ عاماً ولا يجمع بيانات منهم بشكل مقصود.

This policy explains how Translator Plus AI handles your data. In short: we ask for no account, collect no personal data, do not track you, and sell your data to no one.
Text you type — sent to the Google Cloud translation service to return the translation, then not stored on our services.
Audio you record — sent to the Google Cloud speech-to-text service so it can be turned into text and translated. The recording is not kept and is not stored on our services.
A photo you pick or take — sent to the Google Cloud text recognition service to extract the writing in it and translate it. The photo is not kept and is not stored on our services.
Live camera — when you open the camera and tap translate, a single frame is taken from the preview and sent so the text in it can be read. No video is recorded, and no frame is sent except at your request or while you have automatic scanning switched on.
AI translation — the text you want translated is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to produce a translation that understands context and dialect. The text is not stored on our services and is not used to train models.
This processing is momentary and for the requested purpose only — it is not tied to your identity, not used for advertising, and not used to train any system.
All of it is stored on your device alone. We do not see it and it is sent nowhere. Deleting the app deletes it too.
You can withdraw any permission at any time in your device settings, and the rest of the app keeps working.
We use Google Cloud services (translation, speech-to-text, text recognition in images) and Anthropic (AI translation and its explanation), through intermediate services on Supabase. Processing of this data is subject to their own privacy policies.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Purchase, renewal and cancellation happen entirely through the App Store — we neither see nor receive payment details; Apple handles them. Your subscription status is stored on your device only.
The app does not direct its content at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
